The French rockers Phoenix, took to the stage at The Wiltern not just as alt rock stars, but rather as alt rock gods, playing a remarkably high energy, finely tuned show that gripped the worshiping crowd with every single note. They took the stage promptly at 9:05 PM. That’s one thing that Live Nation has going for it: They’re not afraid to start a sold-out rock concert at 9 PM. Rock and roll shall live forever on the NYSE. However, Phoenix gave the crowd what it wanted- the material from their new album with some classic favorites. It was a crisp 75 minute set that had us at the bar by 11 PM and they opened with Lisztomania and closed with 1901. Enjoy these vids !!
I was youtube bangin and i came across this awesome video.This guy is my hero, probably because i find great resemblence to myself. What he does in the comfort of his room and on camera i do in public. I really hope girls take a liking to this guy cuz he’s going places. Anywho this gives me a chance to introduce the musical group playing in the background, the Grizzly Bears.

I can’t wait to pick up a copy of their first album. I’ve been following these guys for some time and am proud to present to you this sample track of their new upcoming album.
